We stand behind our service with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with AlloraTV, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • This is your first purchase with AlloraTV (one refund per customer)
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • Your account has not been suspended or terminated for policy violations

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and order number
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Our team will process your request within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Trial Period Refunds

If you purchased a $1 trial and wish to cancel before being charged for a full subscription, you can cancel at any time through your account dashboard. No refund is necessary as you will not be charged further.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Second or subsequent refund requests from the same customer
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time (except as required by law)

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused time, except within the 7-day guarantee period.
